An Informative Seminar On Health Care was organized on the problem of Hypertension in BVM Kitchlu Nagar The resource person, Dr Manav Wadhera, Associate consultant, Non Invadive Cardiology, Fortis Hospital, Ludhiana emphasized on the the theme for 2024 - "Measure your Blood pressure accurately, control it and live longer." He created Awareness about the different causes of high BP like sedentary lifestyle, obesity mental stress, alcohol and smoking which lead to chronic cardiovascular diseases. He adviced to get BP checked Regularly , control tension and worries by doing maximum physical exercises like walking, yoga and meditation etc to lead a healthy lifestyle.
